About this Position:
- Develop of the Next Generation of Actel Flash FPGA products
- Work requires understanding of semiconductor transistor device physics
- Design schematics of transistor device test structures including new memory bitcell and test arrays
- Layout of transistor device test structures including new memory bitcell and test arrays
- Hands on Lab work consists of test & measurement of transistor device test structures for full characterization of the test structure devices
- Testchip data collection and data analysis
- Presentation of data analysis to development group
Required Skills and Experience:
- Requires Junior/Senior standing towards BSEE.
- Must be self starting and able to run lab equipment independently.
- Must have good data analysis skills using Excel.
- Must review test chip layout and summarize data relative to design rules under test.
